Excel File - This is a customisable list where you can exclude options that do not
apply or add extra options that do. This requires Microsoft Excel to run. The file
must be saved to your hard disc in order for the printing functions to work. If on
loading you see a message asking you whether you wish to enable or disable macros
from running please select enable. This will allow you to customise the list to
your specifications. This file contains two types of lists, a simple list which
is displayed when you first load the file and a full detailed list which can be found
by selecting the relevant button on the screen.

Acrobat PDF File - If you do not have a copy of Microsoft Excel on your computer
please download this file. It is a pdf file which you can print and manually tick
off the items as you have completed each task.
