Most photographers can appreciate the necessity to have a very tight and efficient schedule for picture taking and it helps to let them know when and where the photo sessions are to take place before and after the ceremony. Let the wedding party and relatives know in advance what you are expecting to be taken in the way of photographs and where so that you don't waste precious time trying to round everyone up. Don’t forget there will be other guests that won’t be participating in the photographs as much as the main wedding party and they will be having to wait until it is finished.
